Hey, I just came across your blog by chance. Today, I got a letter in the post from Strasbourg offering me a place in Selestat also (lycee). I’m really looking forward to the whole experience. I know exactly how it feels to be worrying about lesson plans! I teach French and Maths at the moment. Would you have any info/advice on the area? Living there? Things to do in the town? Hey I found your blog by searching for a picture of stamppot and I was intrigued. Do you still live in France? Does the bureaucracy compare favourably to the Netherlands? I’m curious, because my stepmom (an American) used to complain about the Netherlands, but now she lives in Belgium, and wishes she could go back, mostly because of the way the country is run. I was wondering how France compares!
